The Cobb County Police Department in Georgia is investigating the death of 22-year-old Beauty Couch, a social media influencer whose body was discovered in the same area as a burning vehicle.

The investigation comes at the request of the City of Austell Police Department. When Austell Fire arrived at the scene on Wednesday around 12:18 p.m., they discovered a vehicle fully engulfed in flames. The fire was put out and the vehicle was taken to a wrecker yard.

The Cobb County Police Department released a statement on Facebook: “Austell Police responded to the address where the vehicle was registered and learned the owner’s daughter, Beauty Couch (22, Austell), had not been seen since the previous morning and was the one who most commonly drove the vehicle. Austell Police searched the area where the vehicle was found and located a body that matched the description of Beauty Couch in the wood line. Based on the initial scene investigation, foul play is suspected.”

“She was a sweet girl,” Kimberly couch said, Beauty’s mother. “She never bothered nobody. She never bothered nobody. She was a friend to everybody.” The mother added she never imagined she would experience this type of pain, per WAGA-TV.

Beauty reportedly lived in Austell with her adopted mother. Those close to her said she had not been heard from for over 24 hours.

My sister was found in these woods like an animal,” Lelia Brown, Beauty’s sister, said.

“I can’t imagine her being in this situation at all because she’s so lovable, so caring, so fun, so amazing.”

“She impacted a lot of people and she did nothing to anybody for anyone to want to do her like this.”

“They hurt my baby so bad,” her mother said. “My baby didn’t deserve this. My baby was a good baby.”

Police have asked for information in the area, looking for any clues as to what might have happened.

Beauty was a social media influencer who was heavily involved in the roller skating world. She was attending college, and she was about to start offering roller skating lessons.

She had amassed over 150,000 followers on Instagram, primarily focused on skating. She held her first skate class earlier this month.

Her final Instagram post was made on Saturday, which featured her in a bikini, saying: “He said I look good in red, might as well call me sexy redd.”
