Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) identified the “most complete indictment of media bias ever” over the weekend — and now he wants answers.
What did Cruz say?
Over the weekend, “60 Minutes” aired a special interview with Tara Reade, the woman who claims Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden sexually assaulted her in the early 1990s when she worked in his Senate office. Biden has vehemently denied any wrongdoing.
But for some reason, CBS News, just weeks away from the election, set up the exclusive interview to air in Australia — not the United States.
The fact that CBS News chose to use its Australian version of “60 Minutes” to give Reade a platform, instead of the “60 Minutes” that airs in the U.S., is evidence that CBS News is “covering up” for Democrats, according to Cruz.
“This is the most complete indictment of media bias ever. Why does CBS think voters in…Australia need to know about these serious charges against Biden, but not voters in…America (where he’s actually on the ballot)? ONLY explanation is that @CBSNews is covering up for Dems,” Cruz said.
He added, “Please, @CBSNews respond. Either tell us (1) why YOU decided this is news in Australia, but not the USA, or (2) why you have abandoned any pretense at impartiality or journalistic integrity? We’ll wait.”

What did Reade tell ’60 Minutes’ in Australia?
Reade graphically and emotionally recounted her allegations against Biden and explained why she didn’t come forward with the allegations until it was clear Biden was going to secure the Democratic presidential nomination.
“I decided that people needed to know,” Reade said. “He’s going to the highest office in the land. I know what he’s like. I know what his character is like — and he doesn’t deserve the presidency based on what happened to me.”
“He’s been misogynistic, he’s had sexual assault allegations, sexual harassment,” Reade added. “He’s a blue Trump, he’s a blue Trump.”

It’s not clear why CBS News decided that its Australian version of “60 Minutes” should land the exclusive interview with Reade.
However, the show did acknowledge the fact that Reade’s allegations have received extremely little coverage during the peak of the 2020 election in America.
The allegations, in fact, have received almost no airtime in the mainstream media since the spring, and Biden’s denials were hardly scrutinized.

I guess I don’t understand why CBS would do the story for any location on earth unless it was America. Do the Australians give a rip about what Biden might have done? I doubt it. But, here in the real world there are folks who might like to see such a story prior to voting. Until recently, the only things I ever watched on CBS were a couple of cop shows and football. Now, that CBS has cancelled all of their cop shows in support of the communists in Black Lives Matter and the NFL has totally pissed me off with their politicization of the game, I have no reason to watch anything on CBS. I have a cardboard cutout of myself which I place in front of the TV on game day (so I look like all of the other NFL fans in the stadium).
That is simple. The Australians have seen us put Clinton and Obama in office. They believe we are worse than they are. And this story just reinforces that.
My suggestion is to have FOX run the entire CBS interview Reade as a journalistic piece and then they can have their own opinions section as to why CBS didn’t run it in this country. Of course they are protecting Biden. Why does he hide out in his basement if he had nothing to hide. This entire election is a scam concerning Biden.
News from the commercial networks in the USA has reached the point where referring to their efforts as “News” is the most obvious abuse of the term possible. The inclusion of thugs, clowns, and commie/socialist sympathizers in every lamination of public information is egregious, insidious, and insipid. Perhaps we are treated like mentally challenged readers because that is the way we accept this horrific opinionated drivel. And, perhaps Aussie readers are more mature, more critical, and most unlikely to react against Boo Boo Biden in the upcoming election.
So Biden is a known assaulter. But how is it that it is not being reported of other issues as it relates to him? He purports to be a good father but could not advise his son not to work for one of the most corrupt companies in the Ukraine? How about filling their pockets? He was Obama’s coat tail for eight years – what did they do for Black Lives Matter, violence in the inner cities, the Chicago Turmoil – Obama’s city, how about Police relations, and did he not present a Bill that passed pointing out blacks as predators, and how about not allowing witnesses to be called to support Anita Hill who we now know was telling the truth? I cannot wait until he loses to Trump.
Amazing how you can KNOW that Anita Hill was telling the truth. Where did you get that from? Huf Post? Or maybe Russia Today???? The violence in the cities we USED to see every day. Now the news has taken that out and we no longer hear of the RIOTS in Portland even though they are still going on. Yes, the media is giving cover for the Democrats. And IF you get news from other sources, you KNOW IT.
