The nation’s monuments are under fire from the progressive left. A new report commissioned by D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser recommends that the federal government “remove, relocate, or contextualize” the Washington Monument, the Jefferson Memorial, and six other statues and monuments.
Jarrett Stepman, a contributor to The Daily Signal and author of “The War on History: The Conspiracy to Rewrite America’s Past,” joins the podcast to discuss the report from the DCFACES Working Group and explain the intrinsic threat that cancel culture poses to American history.

It would be easier and safer to just remove the mayor!
It would be far safer for the citizenry and cheaper for all concerned to cage the Mayor at the National Zoo in a barred pen directly adjacent to the one housing Rusty the Red Panda. There, visitors may see the Her Honor as she opens mail, watches endless loops of Tio Pepe Biden and his running “mate” on TV, picks out and tries on various ensembles from her vast stock of clothing and shoes, and where visitors may choose to listen in to her phone calls from left wing agitators, felons seeking favors, pederasts on the lam, Nancy Pelosi, and a seeming endless array of slavishly obsequious scriveners at the NY Times and WaPo who belabor her with unctuous streams of excessive panegyrics in their hope to catch a lede from her pound.
How’s about we remove, relocate, and desexualize your sorry butt???
Completely disagree! What better place for historic statues and places of honor than in our National Capital? that is a place of honor!
If we have to take down our monuments and rename schools and government buildings then we need to take down Martin Luther King statues and other black monuments that are offensive to me. Change black names of schools and government building and streets that offend me.
