Biden’s socialized mortgage program will reward those with bad credit while punishing those who pay their bills on time and don’t borrow more than they can repay. So, trash your credit for a few months before you get a home loan so you get the best rates and terms. Then, fix your credit back up until you want a new home or to refinance.
When you reward bad behavior, you get more of it.
