I see that the latest brilliant idea from the comments section of the Daily Kos has met with the same reaction from Joe Manchin as did all the others:
Manchin says he doesn’t support a talking filibuster that goes around 60-vote threshold and won’t support the nuclear option to change rules. Says he’s fine with a primary challenge over this
