How Joe Biden, the Democratic Party and mainstream media are “crucifying” the foundation of our democracy

Joe Biden is running for President to save “the soul of the nation”.  What exactly does that mean?  How exactly do he and the Democratic Party, along with their mainstream media arm, propose to do this?  What is wrong with our nation’s soul anyway?  After all, a “nation’s soul” is made up of the ideals and principles of its citizenry.  Do they propose an exorcism en masse on November the 4^th?

What is really on the ballot is to PROTECT the nation’s soul from Joe Biden, the Democrats, and their mainstream media arm who have all been actually “crucifying” the ideals and principles that are the foundation of our democracy. 

We are just a few days away from what may prove to be the most consequential election in the history of this nation.  In the past, elections were won on ideas, policy visions and track records that resonated with the American people. 

Why is 2020 so different?  Because at least half of the American people, who rely on the mainstream media for information, have no idea of what is really happening in our country.  That is because the media, who acts as the public relations division of the Democratic Party, will not report on anything that is positive for the Republicans nor anything that is negative about the Democrats.  Ask yourself, what else is being withheld, and what other propaganda am I being fed?  This should make every American very afraid. 

The Democratic platform, in addition to saving the “soul of the nation” also includes:

-The Administration’s failure to manage the Coronavirus pandemic

-Joe Biden’s honesty, integrity, statesmanlike qualities

Let’s break down the facts of each of these areas that have not been reported by the mainstream media.  But first, a review of the “breakdown” of the mainstream media and how they have mutated into something found in China or Russia.

America’s “State” media

According to the Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ), ethical journalism strives to ensure the free exchange of information that is accurate, fair and thorough.  An ethical journalist acts with integrity.  The SPJ further declares these principles as the foundation of ethical journalism and encourages their use in its practice by all people in the media.   

Presuming the “journalists” employed by the mainstream media have had some sort of professional education and training, it appears it is high time for a “continuing education” or refresher class.  The SPJ Code of Ethics lists a number of things a journalist should and should not do.  They lead with things like:

• Support the open and civil exchange of views, even ones they find repugnant
• Never deliberately distort facts or context
• Avoid conflicts of interest, real or perceived
• The highest and primary obligation of ethical journalism is to serve the public

We know there are countries where the media serves as a mouthpiece of the “State” like North Korea, China, Iran, and Russia.  They actually ban or severely restrict independent media in an effort to tell “the people” what to think. 

China has one of the world’s most restrictive media environments, relying on censorship to control information in the news, online, and on social media.  Vladimir Putin of Russia knows the value of information.  As pointed out in The Atlantic, “His concept of the media is a far cry from the First Amendment.  For him, it’s a simple transactional equation: Whoever owns the media controls what it says.”  Take that a step further; when you control what it says you control the people. 

After observing our mainstream media for the last four years, it is clear they are being controlled by the “State”, also known as the Democratic Party.  From the day President Trump defeated the Democratic candidate, all that mattered was the election loss be avenged and another future loss prevented.  The Democratic party and these so-called “journalists” hated this duly elected president so much they were willing to sacrifice all integrity, ethics, and a sense of fairness in order to win their war.  Little do they realize it is actually a war against the foundation of our democracy.  

There are many examples of political bias, criminal activity, and lack of journalistic impartiality that could be cited.  Yet very little of these details have been shared with the viewers of main-stream media.  They seem to just follow the campaign “playbook” provided to those who support Joe Biden for President.  For this election, the easy target is the Coronavirus.  

Trump’s failure to manage the Coronavirus pandemic

Turn on any show on CBS, CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, NBC, ABC, etc. and you will hear “all Coronavirus/economy all the time.”  They know full well this global pandemic and resulting shut down of our economy was out of the President’s control.  But even a tragedy as great as this one did not stop the Democrats and their “journalists” from politicizing it regardless of the cost. 

The mainstream media frequently covered Joe Biden’s opinions as fact without question.  They also never presented true facts.  They have failed miserably under the basic rule of journalism that states: Ethical journalism strives to ensure the free exchange of information that is accurate, fair, and thorough.  The highest and primary obligation of ethical journalism is to serve the public.    

For the American people who only follow the mainstream media to get their news, they must believe the handling of the Coronavirus has been a colossal failure by this President.   Here are just a few examples of what Joe Biden is saying:

“While this deadly disease ripped through our nation, he failed to do his job on purpose.”

 “Had President Trump taken immediate and decisive action, tens of thousands of lives and millions of jobs would never have been lost.” 

 “The depth of economic devastation our nation is experiencing is not an act of God, it’s a failure of presidential leadership.”

Never was the list of activities carried out daily by this Administration, since January 17, 2020, presented to the American people in a comprehensive way.  Knowing the Coronavirus would likely be one of the top issues the Democrats would pick to run on, the media got the memo. 

Joe Biden and the media constantly claim that the United States is doing worse than most countries in the world because of President Trump’s leadership.  Mr. Biden would like to be elected President so that he can miraculously defeat the virus and get our economy back to pre-CoVid levels.   But in fact, the United States is actually doing among the best when it comes to Coronavirus “outcomes”.  These world outcomes are tracked by John Hopkin’s University and cover things like death rate per 100 people infected and volume of testing.   

As far as the future of who can best handle this virus, it won’t be Joe Biden waiving his mask claiming if we all just wear one over 100,000 lives will be saved by December.  Rather it will be President Trump’s “Operation Warp Speed” which he announced in April that has accelerated the development and distribution of vaccines in partnership among HHS, CDC, FDA, NIH, DOD and BARDA.  The program has also developed the necessary infrastructure for the distribution of a vaccine to all Americans.  They have chosen three vaccine candidates to fund for Phase 3 trials.  All have shown very promising results with approvals likely before the end of 2020.

Joe Biden’s honesty, integrity and statesmanlike qualities

As previously discussed, the public relations department of the Democratic Party (i.e. mainstream media) has done a great job in portraying this 47-year politician as the next savior of the “soul of our nation”.  Joe is, after all, just a regular guy from Scranton, PA.  He is a decent, nice guy and people like him.  He acts presidential, has integrity, and gets along with everyone.   Apparently, they believe a good personality is the top qualification for the job.

Yet over his years in Washington, there were rumblings about some things Joe was doing that may not be so “presidential”.  Outside of his 47-year voting record, which was sometimes at odds with who he professes to be, there were concerns being whispered in the halls of Congress.  These whispers had to do with something much more serious.  It had to do with the improper use of power.

At the heart of the story is whether or not Joe Biden and the Biden family used their name and influence for personal gain.  Not the personal gain all politicians benefit from once they leave office and capitalize on their former positions.  They gain financial wealth by, for example, receiving lucrative speaking fees.  The concerns centered around the Biden family had to do with leveraging their power while Joe was still vice-president.

Questions began to be raised in the Spring of 2014.  Joe’s son, Hunter Biden, and his business partner Devon Archer joined the Board of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian gas company.  Burisma also happened to be at the center of a U.K money laundering probe.  Hunter Biden, having zero experience in the gas industry or Ukraine, was paid millions of dollars for this position.

Hours after Hunter’s appointment to the Burisma Board, another business associate of his, Chris Heinz, stepson of Secretary of State John Kerry, e-mailed two of his stepfather’s top aides at the State Department.  He wanted to be sure everyone knew he was no longer investing in Hunter’s firm and actually questioned why Hunter and Devon got these positions.  Heinz subsequently cut all ties with Hunter.  Interestingly, at the time, Joe Biden was responsible for oversight and policy in Ukraine.  He also knew a Ukrainian prosecutor was investigating Burisma.

What happened next?  In December of 2015, Joe Biden was at a public meeting with the Council of Foreign Relations.  In the meeting, he was filmed bragging how he shook down Ukraine over a billion dollars in foreign aid if they didn’t fire that prosecutor.  He said they had six hours until he was leaving to do so and then bragged “Son of a bitch, he got fired!”

This is a classic example of Quid Pro Quo: “A favor or advantage granted or expected in return for something.”  This behavior is frowned upon for any government position, let alone the Vice-President of the United States.  It didn’t matter because it was Joe Biden, a Democrat.  It only mattered when President Trump had a phone call with the President of Ukraine questioning exactly what was going on with Hunter, the investigation, and Joe’s firing of the prosecutor.  His exact words on that call in July of 2019 were: “There’s a lot of talk about Biden’s son, why Biden stopped the prosecutor and a lot of people what to find out about that so whatever you can do with the Attorney General would be great.”

That one sentence got the President impeached by the Democratic-run House of Representatives for “abuse of power”.  On the other hand, Joe Biden’s public shakedown of the Ukrainian President got him the Democratic nomination to run for President of the United States.

The story about Hunter, Ukraine, and other family members’ business involvements with foreign governments never gained traction because the mainstream media did virtually zero reporting on the issue. When Joe Biden was questioned about his son’s business dealings overseas, he repeatedly said: “I have never spoken to my son or anyone else about his overseas business dealings, period!”   

The Republicans in Congress and others tried their best to get to the bottom of what appeared to be major conflicts of interest, influence peddling and even criminal behavior.  It was an uphill battle against the Democratic machine protecting the man they hope will take down President Trump. 

But sometimes, “truth” so desperately wants to be heard it will find the most unlikely opening to shine light on the darkness.  Where is the bright light of truth and justice shining now?   Hunter Biden’s laptop.   

It turns out the laptop, which Hunter Biden brought to a repair shop in Delaware then forgot to pick up, is a treasure trove of documentation concerning the Biden “family business” with foreign countries.  It turns out the FBI has had the laptop for some time and is investigating its contents in a money-laundering probe, among other things.  They and the Senate have confirmed the documents are real and NOT at all “Russia disinformation”.  Contents of the laptop were also provided to other sources and eventually, the Senate began to piece together a picture that is very damning for Joe Biden. 

Because the “wheels of justice” do turn slowly, it was evident the investigation will continue beyond the day Americans have to decide if they want Joe Biden in the White House.  So why not just ask Joe for an explanation about what is on that laptop and what it all really means?   He was given that opportunity at the Presidential debate and answered by saying President Trump was spreading “Russia disinformation”.   This explanation was later echoed by Adam Schiff who said, “this is all just part of a Russia disinformation campaign.”  

When a business associate of Hunters and the Bidens heard those remarks, he knew it was 100% false and felt strongly the American people have a right to know exactly who they are getting in Joe Biden.  The associate, Tony Bobulinski, is a businessman, a Democrat and a retired Naval officer who held high-level security clearances.  He was the CEO of a holding company partnership between a Chinese firm and the Bidens.  He said “I don’t have a political ax to grind; I just saw behind the Biden curtain and I grew concerned of what I saw.  The Biden family aggressively leveraged the Biden family name to make millions of dollars from foreign entities even though some were from communist-controlled China.”  He later provided firsthand evidence in the form of e-mails, audio tapes, and text messages to the FBI.   He also confirmed he met with Joe Biden on numerous occasions and discussed business that involved his son Hunter.  After being implicated by Democrats as a Russian operative, Tony went public to clear his name.  He sat down with Tucker Carlson of Fox News for an hour-long interview on 10/27/20. 

The documents covered in the interview, that have been authenticated by the FBI, show the Biden family, including Joe, aka “the big guy”, received millions of dollars from countries like Russia, China, and others.  What were they selling?  INFLUENCE.

Even more disturbing about the potential criminal behavior of Joe Biden, a man who could become the next President of the United States in a few short days, is the fact this information is being suppressed by ALL of the mainstream media and social media outlets.  When the New York Post ran with this as a front-page “breaking news” story, Twitter shut down the newspaper’s account and would not allow anyone to “re-tweet” the information.  They said it violated their policy about sharing “hacked” material (not so according to the FBI).  Suddenly, everyone trying to get the information to the American people was being suppressed.  Twitter even suspended the account of the White House Press Secretary.

Viewers and users of CNN, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, ABC, Twitter, Facebook have no idea of who Tony Bobulinski is and the disturbing information he has provided about the Biden Family “business”.   This deliberate non-coverage of a major news story is criminal and if allowed to continue, will have officially turned the mainstream media into “State” media using censorship to control the news and what people think.  The NPR Public Editor responded to questions on Twitter about the suppression of this story and responded with:  “We don’t want to waste our time on stories that are not really stories and we don’t want to waste the listener’s and reader’s time on stories that are just pure distraction.” 

Maybe we can appeal to Joe’s soul to do the right thing and level with the American people about his business dealings with foreign governments.  Maybe he will if we remind him of what he listens to every Sunday when he sits in that church pew- Matthew16:26:  For what has a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?   Perhaps he should focus on his own soul and leave the Nation’s soul to the rest of us.
