‘F*** Fox News!’; Far-Left Mob Chases, Harasses Fox News Crew Off the Air

Just before 1:00 a.m. Eastern Saturday, Fox News Channel’s America’s News HQ co-host Leland Vittert was chased, harassed, and heckled by violent, far-left rioters outside the White House and was forced to abandon the scene, having to toss back to Fox News @ Night host Shannon Bream.

Supposedly, the rioters were peacefully protesting Monday’s horrid murder of George Floyd, an unarmed African-American in Minneapolis. But as the American people have seen, some in the liberal media and academia have argued that, in order to address racism, arson, destruction of property, looting, and subsequent job losses must be allowed first. On this night, that sadly extended to journalists of all views.

Bream tossed to Vittert “for a quick final message from the White House,” but Vittert was vehemently shaking his head in disapproval. In the seconds before that, he and his crew were pushing rioters out of the way that had been blocking their shot.

Vittert sarcastically took note that “we have some media critics out here as well” before unsuccessfully trying to have his cameraman lift the shot higher to show the crowd.

Rioters continued to shout and repeatedly chant “fuck Fox News” during all of us, so Vittert gave up and threw back to a stunned Bream:

Okay. Yeah, okay. Let’s — let’s take it back to Jonathan Serrie who’s in Atlanta. There’s been a lot of that with Leland tonight. He’s right there in the crowd in Lafayette Park, which is a place that has long been a place of protest in Washington, just outside the White House. A little bit volatile there tonight. The secret service remains with the riot gear and their barricades trying to keep things peaceful right outside the White House.

As you see in the video tweets below, things continued to escalate as Vittert and his crew tried to peacefully leave Layfette Park.

And speaking of Bream, she had an experience of her own with the far-left activist crowd in D.C. On the July 2018 night that Brett Kavanaugh was named to the Supreme Court, Bream was forced to flee her live shot due to angry, far-left, Fox-hating mobs.

Hours earlier, the front of Atlanta’s CNN Center was defaced by rioters, who later smashed windows, fired BB gun rounds, lit fireworks, and tried to breach one of the entrances.

Much of that took place in the 9:00 p.m. Eastern hour with a petrified CNN correspondent Nick Valencia reporting and having to retreat to safety. For as repugnant as CNN’s coverage has been, CNN employees deserve the safety that everyone deserves.

Even goobers like CNN personalities deserve peace.
